Domestic Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $80 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Any current shipping delays may impact the delivery time of your order. We appreciate your patience as we work to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Once we have shipped your items, you’ll receive a tracking number with which to track your package. Please raise any concerns with the mail carrier.

International Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $120 AUD.

Refunds and Returns

We take pride in crafting unique and high-quality earrings and homewares from a variety of materials. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below:

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged item

Once we have reviewed your request, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the faulty or damaged item.

3. Repairs or Replacements for Older Purchases

As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for our loyal customers, we may consider repairs or replacements for items purchased some time ago. This is done strictly on a case-by-case basis and is offered as a courtesy. If you have an older item that needs attention, please contact us with details about the issue and proof of purchase. We will assess the situation and let you know how we can assist you.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom and personal nature of our products. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us before placing your order to ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not provide refunds for any items except those that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. For hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
